Job Description
As a Software Developer you are responsible
for application programming and analysis including developing, installing and maintaining application programs
for the development of software, that includes all the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle ( Spec building, Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing)
for documentation of the software and writing the test cases
You must posses the following:
Skills for Java developers
Thorough knowledge of core Java is a must
Very good understanding of OOP concepts
Knowledge of Advanced Java, J2EE concepts, WebServices, ORM will be an added advantage
General skills:
Good analytical, logical and reasoning abilities
Good academic background knowledge in DBMS, Data Structures, OOPS
Fluent English (written and oral)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively within time constraints
Quality and process improvement mindset
Candidates must be able to work autonomously and be self motivate.
