Dear Candidate,IBM Daksh (BPO Division) is hiring for Various INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESSES.

PROCESS DETAILS:1. This is an international voice process.
2. This is either a customer service or collections based process.
3. Candidates will be required to communicate with customers in the UK, AUSTRALIA OR THE US.
4. Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls from UK AUSTRALIA OR THE US. Based customers.
5. This is NOT a non voice process.
6. This is NOT a tech support process.
7. Process Name: Gold-Standard, Prydz, Star-Fence
8. We are hiring Customer Care Executives at the entry level ONLY.
9. These positions are only for Bangalore based candidates.
TRAINING DETAILS: Candidates will be given comprehensive pre-process and process training before they are deployed on the production floor.
APPLICABILITY CRITERIA 1. Be / B. Tech do not apply
.2. Mba/ MCA / Pgdbm / Pgdba / do not apply.
3. People looking for Non-Voice / Tech support do not apply.
4. Age Limit: 35 years only.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Candidates must be willing to work in any.
2. Candidates must have excellent oral skills.
3. Candidates must be either Graduates or Undergraduates.
4. Undergraduates need to have 6 months of work ex (preferably in an INTERNATIONAL BPO).
5. Freshers can apply. (Preferably 2009 Graduates)
6. Freshers must have graduated in the following streams (Ba, B.Com, Bbm, Bba, Bsc, Bca)
We are looking for IMMEDIATE JOINEES ONLY.
SALARY: 1, 60,000 - 2, 30,000
WEEKLY OFFS: 1. Candidates will be given two days off a week (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday)
2. Candidates will be deployed in any shift.
TRANSPORT: Candidates will be given free transport by the IBM transport Service.
INTERVIEW DETAILS: 1. Candidates will be assessed on their communication ability.
2. Therefore there will be only one round of interview.
3. If the candidate can communicate in fluent English he/ she will be issued an offer letter.
INTERVIEW TIMINGS: Monday – Friday 11amWe do not conduct interviews on Saturday and Sunday.
