Should have knowledge of desktop troubleshooting.
Interface with customers via inbound calls or internet for the purpose of resolving routing problems with products or services.
Principle duties and responsibilities:Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.Listen attentively to customer's needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy.Clarify customer's requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Position on contract basis.Comfortable to work 24 by 7.
