Ans. This is a common question asked in the interview.You should be confident when answering this question.Follow this pattern:
1.Name and qualification
2.If you have work experience then tell about you job profile.
3.your intrests related to your subject
4.future plans
5.Family detailsand hobbies.
Q. What motivates a person?
Ans. A person is motivated by his own achievements ,to achieve new milestones in his career the person keeps striving for better and better performance.....this is the case at least with me.
