Ans.Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. This can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought of.
Q.What might make you leave this job?
Ans. This is one of those trick questions well but it has a simple answer,firstly u need to avoid the extreme ans like DEATH,PERSONAL ,REASONS,ETC..,but also at the same time not be minimul in your ans that is BETTER JOB OFFERS,etc,but the ans is ,"I would leave this job only if it tries or restricts my creativity and makes my working area restricted to old meathods i.e if i wanna get some new ideas in my job and i have no one to hear them or give me their advice then i wud leave this job".
Q. What is your long-term employment or career objective?
Ans. Job Satisfaction is the only means where in I can put myself in long term career objective. If I am satisfied with the job then there is no question of quiting or changing the career objective. But ofcourse this is always associated with the horizantal and vertical growth in the career.
